The return policy at palmettocoffee.online is quite customer-friendly. Customers can order with confidence due to their 100% money-back guarantee. If a customer is dissatisfied for any reason during the first 180 days after purchase, they can request a refund and get all their money back. There's absolutely no risk in giving it a try.

However, if a customer doesn't like the product, they'll have to notify the company and pay return shipping to send any unused bottles back. The return address is FitSpresso 19655 E 35th Dr #100, Aurora, CO 80011, USA.

Once the company processes the refund, the customer will receive an email showing that it's complete. Please note, it can take some time for it to show up on the credit card statement depending on the bank or credit card company. The bank process time for a credit card is 5-7 business days and for a debit card, it's 5-10 business days.

To help the company continually improve and provide the best customer service possible, they ask that customers let them know why they returned the product. This is totally optional and isn’t required to get the refunds. They appreciate and welcome customer feedback.

For further assistance, customers can contact support via phone at 1-877-607-7721 (7AM to 9PM /7 Days a week) or email at [email protected].
